Get to Know Me...
My name is Aven Sanchez, and I’m a 19-year-old photographer from Eureka, Kansas. I live with my family and my two very precious kitties, who I happily spoil. I graduated high school in December 2024 and currently work as a waitress, while also exploring digital design on the side. Outside of photography, I love spending time with the people I care about and (not-so-secretly) enjoy a good shopping trip. If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be passionate, loving, and spirited.
Get to Know My Business...
My photography journey began in high school, where I took photography classes and was part of the yearbook team, eventually becoming the senior editor my final year. I officially started my photography business about 3–4 years ago during my sophomore year by taking photos of a few friends during sporting events. At the time, I didn’t have a name and definitely didn’t see it as a “business” yet — just something I loved doing.
As time went on, I continued photographing friends and slowly stepped into the role of photographer. I created Aven Sanchez Photography (I know, very creative) in September 2024. I expanded beyond sports photography into a variety of other categories. Today, I offer sports photography, portraits (including seniors, babies, solo, couples, and families), and events such as weddings, birthdays and baby showers, — and I’ve even had the opportunity to create wedding videos.
My personal goal is to grow Aven Sanchez Photography into a full-time career while continuing to learn, grow, and push my creativity. Above all, my mission is to provide an affordable, comfortable, and personalized experience for every client. Aven Sanchez Photography is built around making people feel happy and confident while capturing moments that may not last forever, but can be cherished for a lifetime through a single photograph.
What I Offer
Sports
Sports photography packages range from $20–$100+, depending on the sport and session type. Each session includes 15–40 professionally edited action photos, capturing high-energy moments, emotion, and the details that make each game unique. I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels across a wide range of sports, offering both single-athlete sessions and full team coverage. Every session is designed to highlight performance, effort, and the moments that matter most.
Portraits
Portrait photography sessions range from $50–$500+, depending on the type of session, location, and overall vision. Each session includes 20–60 professionally edited images, thoughtfully captured to reflect fun, beautiful, and personalized moments. I offer a wide variety of portrait sessions—from engagements and maternity to newborns, seniors, solo portraits, extended family sessions, and anything in between. Every shoot is tailored to you, ensuring images that feel natural, timeless, and uniquely yours.
Events
Event photography is priced at $45 per hour, with rates varying depending on the event type and location. Each event includes 20–60 professionally edited images, capturing the atmosphere, details, and key moments that make your event memorable. I cover a wide range of events, including birthdays and celebrations, school and work events, community functions, and more. My goal is to provide seamless coverage so you can stay present while I document your event from start to finish.

All bookings are handled directly through me, so your entire experience is personal and tailored to your vision from start to finish. Most importantly, I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera — even if you’re a little nervous or new to being photographed.
